Kelsey is an employee of the East Central Intergovernmental Association where she works with regional economic development groups to market the Prosperity Eastern Iowa region to internal and external businesses. One of Kelsey's main responsibilities is coordinating Prosperity Eastern Iowa initiatives which includes the Petal Project. She graduated from Loras College with a degree in politics, and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Public Administration at the University of Kansas.

Candace is the assistant director of East Central Intergovernmental Association. She played a monumental role in the development of the Petal Project and continues to assist with various aspects of the program. Candace graduated from Loras College with a degrees in politics and economics, and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Community Development with emphasis in economic capacity building and natural resource management.
